We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments to these terms and conditions will be posted online. You may terminate this Agreement by written notice to us (by post or by email at email@example.com if you do not wish to be bound by such new terms and conditions. However, continued use of the Service or the Website or a Voucher will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
If the item’s is not received, we request you to wait for 15 working days before we can re-dispatch the item. We will not refund missing items. A redelivery fee will be collected for the items that were not collected or if you do not arrange a re-delivery on receipt of a card from the Courier or Royal Mail.
If the item did not arrive and the 15 days period has passed, you must notify us and our customer service advisers will assist on getting another item dispatched and to complete the necessary lost item procedure.
Free Gift Terms
1. Postage needs to be paid on all free gifts, standard shipping is £3.95 and express shipping £6.95.
2. Only 1 item may be received per person, per offer.
3. Offer only valid while stocks last.
4. A review is not necessary in order to receive the free gift, however it would be much appreciated as it helps our business.
